This Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Champagne is made in Mesnil sur Oger et Villeneuve, in the prestigious Côte des Blancs, the ideal place for the Chardonnay grape variety.
Its very low "liqueur de dosage" makes it an Extra Brut champagne.
This allows the wine to express more freely the finesse of its aromas and the identity of its terroir.
Cuvée Composition is characterized by a fine balance between freshness and maturity, as well as subtle fruitiness. The crystalline, silky palate reveals the delicacy of the terroir.
Cuvée noted by the Gault & Millau 2020 guide.
