About the tasting:

We will propose 15 "Single Barrels": the earliest you come, the largest selection you will have.

Most of the barrels are organic, because we got the organic certification for the 2024 harvest.

This farming year was difficult because of the weather. This results in low quantities of grapes.

The very positive thing is the quality! It's an amazing crop that will give wonderful wines, especially for the vintages.

For this "Single Barrel" vintage, we used one specific plot of chardonnay grand cru from le Mesnil sur Oger: "Haut d'Aillerand".

The most of the this plot filled 10 new oak barrels with different toasting levels including our unique toast with vine shoots.

We are also very excited to let you taste our 5 "Single Barrels long aging" : 2023 vintage matured for two years in their original barrels.
